Flower Orders

• All bouquets are available for order with a 3 day pre-order period, from date of order
• If you would like to attach a card, please leave your short message in the [Special Instructions For Seller] section at the cart out page.
• Choose your preferred delivery date and time at the cart out page (please note that transaction is only confirmed when you have indicated delivery date and time). For orders that are submitted without indication of delivery date and time, orders will be pending till our service team gets in touch with you (subjected to slot availability as well) 

Flower Deliveries 

• Deliveries are available from Mondays - Sundays, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery is currently free for every purchase. Deliveries made during peak seasons like CNY, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas etc. may incur additional surcharges. 

Payments

• Posies Of Love accepts all major credit cards - Mastercard & Visa. 
•  Online payments are processed using Shopify's secure payment provider. Along with out site's SSL certificate, you are ensured of a safe and encrypted link between our site and our secure payment provider. 

Refunds & Cancellations 

• Refunds will be made via your mode of payment, upon agreement.
• If you have not received your refund within 7 working days of agreement, kindly contact us at hello.posiesoflove@gmail.com
• As our products are customised to order, we will not be able to do a cancellation but we will be happy to postpone your order (if required).

Seasonal availability of blooms 

Flowers are seasonal products and are subjected to availability from our suppliers. Should any flower be unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the flower with a suitable replacement in our discretion. Filler flowers shown are not finalised, we will select the freshest of the day's lot for delivery. We will only contact you if the main bloom or colour is unavailable. 

Do note that fresh blooms are live products and may vary in appearance and colour. Images featured on our webstore are also for illustration purposes, actualy product may vary a little (subjected to availability) but rest assured the overall theme will be maintained.
